Party Reservations

We are pleased to be able to offer our members the opportunity to host small gatherings, birthday parties, etc.  We do not rent our facility to outside organizations or groups.  ORSC offers the use of our East Shelter for parties.  We are not currently renting or reserving other spaces in our facility for use during our operating hours.  Please read the information below before submitting your party request. 

 

Day Parties:   Between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Pool Use Fee: $100 dollars for up to three hours (all party reservations will be in 3-hr windows).

  • $25 – Non-Refundable Deposit (required) at the time of booking.  This will be applied to your balance when settling your invoice after your event. 

  • $7 – Guest fee is charged for all guests (swimming or not).  Members do not pay the guest fee.

  • Limit 20 swimmers and 30 guests in total. 

  • We clean up after your party and take out your trash.

  • East side shelter (closest to wading pool) is reserved for you and your guests.

  • Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the party (cash, check, or credit card).

  • Only one party can be booked during a block of time.

  • Party guests will not be admitted to the facility until the party start time.

  • Non-member party guests leave after the party (3 hours max) or when the member leaves, whichever comes first.

  • 30 minutes will be blocked in-between all parties for cleaning and setup. 

  • Refrigerator and/or freezer space is not guaranteed.  Please speak with a manager in advance if you will need access to a refrigerator or freezer.

2025 Summer Party Reservation Form

 

Please complete the following reservation request form and finalize with payment of deposit.  Please check our website calendar to make sure there are no conflicting events during the requested time before submitting this form.  No reservation is considered complete without payment. Requested day and time are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Facility Manager has final approvals for all parties and will send you a confirmation once your request has been processed.  Your request is not approved until you have received a confirmation email.  Please allow 24 hours for an email response.  Same day requests will not be approved.

A $25 deposit for all parties is due before your date will be reserved.  Final payment, based on the number of guests, is due the day of the event.

I have read the outline located on the Oak Ridge Swim Club Website and hereby understand that parties have a max of 20 swimmers and a maximum of 30 guests in total. All guests, swimming or not, will be accrue a $7 guest fee for the party total.

The $25 deposit for party reservations is non-refundable.  The deposit will only be returned by ORSC  if the facility is closed during your reservation time due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting operating hours. Deposits will not be returned because of undesirable forecasts if the swim club remains open during your reservation time.

All members are responsible for their guests at all times while they are on ORSC property.  Members should make guests aware of pool rules and ORSC policies.  Disciplinary actions and/or fees may be taken against the hosting member for guest infractions or damages. .

In no event and under no circumstances will Oak Ridge Swim Club be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages, including punitive or treble damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm, injury, or damage, of the member, client, or person reserving the Oak Ridge Swim Club for their invitees or guests, in any way related to the direct, indirect, or incidental use of the facility for the event contracted for hereby.

Thank you for your party reservation request!  No request is approved until you receive an email confirmation from our Facility Manager. Please allow 24 hours for a response during the season and 72 hours during the off season. .
