Head Coach – Annemarie Killian

Hello ORSC! My name is Annemarie Killian, and I am thrilled to be a part of this swim team family. I have been around water for approximately 32 years. I began swimming as a Friendly Frog, joining GSA along the way, and swam all four years at Grimsley High School. After High School, I continued my swimming career for four more years at East Carolina University. In addition to swimming, I coached for 15 years (13 with Friendly Frogs and 2 with Oak Ridge Military Academy). Needless to say, I love anything water! I have two children, Melissa and John, who have been a part of the Oak Ridge Swim Team for three years. I am looking forward to a great season!

While I enjoy all the strokes my primary focus and favorite stroke is freestyle. My goals as a coach is to help new swimmers learn all of the strokes, to help experienced swimmers perfect their strokes and to make sure everyone has fun. GO ORCAS!!!
